Locating the Email Service interface

Email Service (One Email Account (POP/IMAP) and Email Forwarding) is provided free when you purchase any Product/Service (except Email Hosting) through Tahoe Domains, Inc.. In order to view the Email Service interface, you need to search for the Product/Service you have purchased and access its Order Details view. To do so, follow the simple steps mentioned below:

  1. Login to your Control Panel:

    For Resellers: 1

    For Customers: 2

  2. Next, click

    For Resellers: Products -> Search -> All Orders.

    For Customers: Domains -> Search -> All Orders.

  3. Fill in the form and click the Search button.

    Note
    • To list all Orders you have purchased, leave all text boxes blank and click the Search button.

    • Resellers can search for all Orders belonging to their Sub-Resellers by selecting the Search Orders of Sub-Resellers check box.

  4. Click the Product/Service purchased for the domain name, for which you wish to start using the Email Service. This will bring up the Order Details view for the specific Product/Service.

  5. Clicking the Email tab will bring up the Email Service interface.
