Logging into the Control Panel

Upon signing up with Tahoe Domains, Inc., a detailed mail containing your Control Panel login details is sent to your email address [Username].

Login from the Tahoe Domains, Inc. Website

  1. Go to the following link:

  2. On the top-right of the login page, click the Login link.

  3. Enter your Username i.e., your email ID and Password.

  4. Click the Login button to continue. Through this interface you can buy new products and services from Tahoe Domains, Inc..

Note

If you wish to manage your existing Orders, login in to our website and on the top-right section of the page, click My Account link.

Login from the Control Panel Login area

  2. Enter your Username i.e., your Email Address and Password and click the Login button.

Attention

Invalid Email/Password, or your User account maybe Inactive or Suspended

This message is displayed in either when:

  • The Username i.e., Email Address that you have typed is inaccurate. You need to ensure the following:

  • The Password that you have entered is not correct. This may be because of an error in typing or because you have forgotten the correct Password. In the latter's case, please refer to Recovering a Forgotten Password section below.

  • Your Control Panel access has been disabled by Tahoe Domains, Inc.. Please get in touch with our Technical Support Team at support@tahoedomains.com to resolve this issue.

Recover a forgotten Password

In the event that you do not remember your current Password, you can still get access to your Control Panel by generating a Temporary Password.

  1. Click the Forgot Password link from the following URL:

  2. Enter your Username i.e., your Email Address and Password and click the Forgot Password button.

  3. You will soon receive a Temporary Password on your Email Address [Username], that will continue to work for the next 3 days.

    Note

    It is strongly advised that you modify your Password as soon as possible, through the Change Password option under the Settings menu within your Control Panel.
